I would describe myself as a hardworking multicultural and multilingual team player with a strong level of discipline in time management and organisation. Being a motivator, goal-driven and customer focused person, I have been working in customer-oriented services since I was 18 with International level work experience in 3 countries. My previous working experiences and academic achievement enabled me to communicate with people of all level in a variety of languages, multi-task, and capable of adjusting to a variety of working environment. Due to my high passion for event management, I enjoy meeting, connecting and working with people from all backgrounds, challenging myself to exceed my own limits and the opportunity to travel internationally. The latest project I am working on at the London 2012 Olympics allows me to expand my knowledge in events management in areas that I am not familiar with and constantly challenges me to deliver results and learn new skills. I am highly committed on anything I do professionally or personally and I always make sure that I get things done properly and systematically. I live by the famous saying by Winston Churchill "Fail to plan, plan to fail".
